Terms & Conditions for Electrical Services

1. Service Guarantee

If any of the light fixture or part supplied by us is found to be defective, we will, at the discretion of the manufacturer warranty, exchange the part.

Customer is responsible for all labor/service fees incurred to replace or reinstall the part. There will be no labor/service fees incurred for any reason.

2. Scope of Work

Work will be performed as written in advance of work starting. Any additional work requested by customer that is not in agreement to works scope will incur other fees.

3. Warranty

This warranty does not cover misuse or any form of tampering, and/or damage to the house or products that is beyond the control of the company (power surges, water damage, accidental damage).

Part/product warranties will be limited to manufacturing terms and conditions.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of work; unless agreed to otherwise, in writing, prior to work starting.

For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to commencement of work. Written quotes will be valid for 30 days from the date issue.

A minimum service fee equivalent to 2 hours of labor applies to every job, regardless of actual time spent.

5. Liability

Although we take all measures to prevent we are not liable to any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage associated with your, or their use or any installation of products.

Service customers assume responsibility for ensuring their premises are safe and available for the work to be performed.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Canceling less than 24 hours from your appointment time (there is a $75 fee for cancellations).

If we do not have access at a time that we were scheduled and expect to be able to perform the work, subsequent time to complete the work may incur additional fees.

7. Safety & Compliance

All work will be performed in a manner that is compliant with the local electrical code, safety standards.

The customer must not disturb or alter completed electrical work. Any acts that disturb or alter completed electrical work will void any agreements to warranty.

8. Ownership of Materials

All materials provided remain the property of the electrician sought, until paid in full.

9. Force Majeure

Not responsible for any delays or failure to perform any work due to causes that are outside of our control including without limitation: natural disasters, strikes, supply shorts.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking service with our company, and through your use of that service you have accepted and agree to these Terms & Conditions
